Justice of Christiansburg and Terri Ray (Shawn) of Covington; his grandchildren, Ashlee Duncan (Anthony Askew), Mark Justice (Ashley), Steven Ray (Eden), Kaleb Duncan, Bailey Justice (Jimmy), Sarah Ray, Brooklyn Tobias (Jake) and Aliva Wiley; his siblings, Barbara Dankworth (Jerry), Debra Romine, Shirley Atha, Joyce Brown, Harold Swigart, Doris Dodd, Mary J Binkley (Vanover) and John W Vanover; his sister-in-law Candace Vanover; and his uncles, Paul Skaggs of Arkansas and Arthur Skaggs of Bucyrus.
