It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen L. Overbay of West Milton, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen L. Overbay to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Harvey and Catherine Timmons (Norris); her husband Henry M. Overbay; and her daughter Kathryn Kinsey. She is survived by : her sons, Ronald Overbay (Jackie) of West Milton, Gary Overbay (Coleen) of Troy and Charles Overbay (Lisa) of Greenville; her son-in-law Tom Kinsey of West Milton; and her sister Bonnie Cox. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
