Jack Cummins Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Cummins of West Milton, Ohio, who passed away on March 19, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Cummins to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Cummins (Feitshans); his parents, Russell Cummins and Lora Cummins (Curtis); and his siblings, Carl F., Buddy J., Jerry D., Terry Joe Cummins and Esther Sue Cummins.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Cummins (Diane), Jeb Cummins and Mindy Miller (Kent); his grandchildren, Dustin Cummins, Kennedy Miller and Kasey Miller; his great grandchild Kaydence Cummins; his siblings, Don Cummins (Karen) and Patsy Holmes; and his in-laws, Susan Cummins (Joe), Mary Lou Feitshans (Dick), Betty and Gail Cross. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

As an expression of sympathy, the family asks that donations be made to The Ohio Hospice Foundation.
