She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wesley Myers and Betty Jean Boitnott (Smith); her brother Wesley "Skip" Myers; and her stepfather John "Gramps" Smith. She is survived by: her husband David W. Kendall; her children, Bethany Kendall, Daniel Kendall, Jonathan Kendall, Christopher Kendall, Michael Kendall and Stephanie Fogle (David); and her grandchildren, Hannah, Gregg, Kayla, Justin, Jarred, Alexis, Myah, Jaelyn, Kristin, Jake and Avery. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
