He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Loughman and Treva Loughman (Sharp); his sons, Bryan Loughman and Rick Loughman; and his brother Marvin Loughman.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Annette Loughman (Hoffman); his stepchildren, Julie Sease (Scott), David Ditmer (Mary) and Dan Ditmer (Kathleen); his cousin Shirley Richard; and his friends, Duane and Joyce Ann Weikert. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 11 step grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
