She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Foster and Letha Foster (Thomas); her children, Debra Malloy and David Malloy; and her siblings, Robert Foster, Autho "Bo" Foster, Luke "Arnold" Foster and Elzie.
She is survived by: her children, William Malloy, Susan Fryman and Julie Snyder; and her sister Phyllis "Dorene" Slaven. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home (284 N Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County or West Milton Senior Citizens Center.
