He is survived by: his daughter Angie; his son-in-law David McIntosh of Middletown; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Kathy Warner of Fairfield; and his grandchildren, Kurtis (Annah McIntosh) of Middletown, Jillian McIntosh (Rocky McIntosh) of Orlando and Tyler Warner (Zachary Warner) of Fairfield.
