He is survived by: his wife Patricia Waddell Frye; his daughter Julie Puckett (Mark); and his grandchildren, Steven Baker, Mark A. Puckett (Bridgett), Rachel Winters (William), Scott Frye and Jonathan Frye. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
