He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Alice Kisor Moritz and Edwin Louis Moritz; and his siblings, Eddie Moritz and Barbie Ann Moritz. He is survived by: his son David Lee Moritz II; his spouse Sandy; his grandchildren, Danielle Seay (Jake), Lindsey Moritz and Michael Moritz; his great grandchild Kellan; his children, Donald and Deborah; and his grandchild Jordan Hyland (Allie). He is also survived by three children, four grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dave's honor to one of the following: Temple Baptist Church, Sierra's Haven, STAR Workshop, or the Scioto County Veterans Service Office.
