He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Elvin and Katherine Sowers Milstead; his former wife Violet Milstead; his siblings, Elvin Milstead, Clarence Milstead and Ruth Justice; and his son-in-law Ron Lane.
He is survived by: his wife Cloris Milstead; his children, Roger Dale Milstead (Teresa), Pamala Norine Lane and Crystle Lynn Justice (Matthew); and his stepdaughters, Carol McGraw (Jimmy), Paula Dyer and Retha Bollard (David). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Apostolic Church. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
