He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert E. Schmidt and Victoria Skaggs Schmidt; and his daughter Crystal Dawn Seth. He is survived by: his wife Marie Hammond Schmidt; his son James Seth; his brothers, Daniel Schmidt (Sharon) and Jim Schmidt; his grandsons, Phillip Parish Seth and Brody Hunter Seth; and his father-in-law Bob Hammond. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
