He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lee and Phyllis Adams Meade. He is survived by: his brother Danny Lee Meade; his sibling's children, Tyler Meade and Kaeleigh Meade; his uncle Michael; and his aunt Sandra Welton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
