He is survived by: his wife Anita Carol Maxie Williams; his daughter Angela Crystal Murphy of West Portsmouth; his grandchildren, Kevin Williams (Samantha), Kyle Williams (Chelsea) and Sean Murphy (Savannah); his great great grandchildren, Kadence, Scarlett Williams, Haylin, Calliope and Carson Murphy; Tammy Johnston of Middletown.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
