She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Welty and Eva Welty; her husband Charles Sr.; her son Timothy; her daughter-in-law Linda; and her siblings, Kermit, Richard, Cecil, Robert, Maynard, Clyde Jr., Evelyn Fellbaum and Marjorie Neal.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Jr., Kathy Kane, Shelley Sapyta (Terry), Ann Barr (Dave), Penny Eyster, Bonnie Reinke (Kenny) and Lori Maslanka (Jamie). She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Polk Church of Christ (204 E Congress St, Polk, OH 44805). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
