Jason leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jason’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jason will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was predeceased by: his father Doug Jordan; and his grandparents, John Jordan, Vernon Rafferty and Virginia Studer (Kreger). He is survived by: his mother Vicki Evans; his sister Amy Evans; his grandmother Dottie Jordan; his uncles, Mike Rafferty and Trey Jordan; and his aunt Barb Figura. He is also survived by his cousins; and many other family members, friends, and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Jason's memory to the American Kidney Fund.
