She is survived by: her brothers, Eugene Aszkiniewicz (Kathy) and Chester Adkins (Janet); her children, Jacqueline Hrivnak Elkayam (Barry) and John P. Hrivnak; the father of her children John J. Hrivnak; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Jeremy and Michael Elkayam.
