She is survived by: her daughters, Autumn Laine Maynard and Mia Della Maynard; her nephew Nikolas Maynard; her parents, Helen Rivera (Tano) and Clyde Maynard; and her brother Clyde Maynard (Amy). She is also survived by cousins, friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Matteson Funeral Home (40 Congress Rd, West Salem, OH 44287). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
