She was predeceased by: her brother Richard (Connie); and her parents, Edward Jastrzebski and Mary Jastrzebski. She is survived by: her son Dave Jr. (Jackie); her granddaughter Annabelle (Logan); and her siblings, Ronald and Sandra Whetsel (Tim).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Medina Church of the Nazarene (6901 Wooster Pike, Medina, OH 44256). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
