He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde McCullough and Anna McCullough (Strednack); his siblings, Evelyn Young and Jack McCullough; and his siblings' children, Dennis McCullough and Barbara Young.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Robert McCullough, Dave McCullough, Mark Young, Karen Johnson, Deborah Odom and Cheryl Opdyke.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Matteson Funeral Home (40 Congress Rd, West Salem, OH 44287). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
