He was predeceased by: his parents, Courtney Church and Gladys Church (Honold); his daughter Alyssia; his grandson Ryan; and his sister Cornelia "Criki" Leshay.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Powell; his children, Steve Church, Chad Church, Grant Church, Terri Church, Bobbie Jo Noblin and Courtney Church; his grandchildren, Sierra, Maddox, Marlowe, Cameron, Braedan, Trey, Koleton, Riley and Sage; and his sisters, Bonnie Gilson, Courtney "Corki" Anstett and Naomi Church.
