He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Helen Zumack (Turon); his son Matthew Zumack; and his siblings, Mary Hardin and Joseph Zumack.
He is survived by: his wife Carole A. Zumack (Novak); his children, Brian Zumack (Serey), Bradley Zumack (Laura) and Meg Sir Louis (Tom); his grandchildren, Mike, Jessica, Tiffany, Cassondra, Allyson, Stephen, Olivia, Emily, Jacob, Danny and Alexa; and his great grandchildren, Jamison, Noah, Ben, Madison, Hayleigh, Mary, Wolfgang, Sophie, Maeve, Maddox, Mylah, Lukas and Kennedy.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Stephen Catholic Church, 44 Brittain Street, West Salem, Ohio 44287 or Allyson McCroskey to help with medical expenses for her daughter; Mylah, 43660 New London Eastern Road, Spencer, Ohio 44275.
