Velvie Lewis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velvie Lewis of West Salem, Ohio, born in Sutton, West Virginia, who passed away on April 27, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John Mullins and Ina Mullins; her husband Elmer Scott Lewis; her grandson Christopher Burlingame; and her sisters, Vilet and Myrtle.
She is survived by : her children, Steve (Judy), John (Holly) and Robin Farnsworth (Rick); her siblings, Rita Carr of New York, Sylvia Schiefer (Stacy) and Jerry Lewis (Ann); and her sister-in-law Mary Lewis. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the West Salem Cemetery.
