He was predeceased by : his father Harlan Wayne Benjamin; and his son Anthony Wayne Benjamin, Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Bobbie Gayle Benjamin (Hill) of West Union; his siblings, Rhonda Tucker of Cleves, Rodney Benjamin (Crystal) of Cincinnati, Vincent Benjamin (Dina) of Cincinnati, Jeffrey Benjamin of West Union, Michael Benjamin of West Union, James Benjamin (Polly) of Harlan and Steven Benjamin of Cincinnati; and his close friends, Damon Owens and Curtis Owens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
