She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Wilson Gray and Golda Mae Gray (Garrison); her husband Gary Wayne Howell; her siblings, Linda Gray and Rupert Gray; her great grandchild Baby James; her parents-in-law, Charles Howell and Geneva Howell; and her daughter-in-law Jean Howell.
She is survived by: her sons, David Wayne Howell (Jewell) of Peebles, Michael Ray Howell (Michelle) of West Union, Kevin Wilson Howell (Jen) of West Union, Ricky Dean Howell (Christina) of West Union and Christopher Paul Edmisten (Jenny) of Peebles; her grandson Daniel Foster (Abby) of West Union; her sister Gracie Gray of Manchester; her sister-in-law Cathy Thomas (Tom) of West Union; and her grandchildren, D. J., Keri, Cheyanne, Callie, Carlyn, Caleb, Clair, Jordan, Tabby, Ashely, Charlie, Chelsie, Cameron, Elizabeth, Lindsey, Chasity (Brat), Dakota, Dusty and Emma.
