He is survived by: his children, Cecil Evans (Wendy) of West Union, Eddie Evans of West Union, Teresa Williams (Rusty) of Peebles, Leandra Sparks (Steve) of West Union and Patricia Florence (Chris) of Seaman; and his siblings, Donald Evans of Richmond, Kentucky, Elvie Evans of Richmond, Kentucky, Douglas Evans of Richmond, Kentucky, Wilma Rollins of West Union and Patsey Cantrell of Cherry Fork. He is also survived by his 12 granddaughters and 3 grandsons; and by his 14 great-grandchildren.
