He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Shuemake and Dorothy Shuemake (Ernest); his wife Patricia Shuemake (Garrett); and his brothers, Roger Shuemake and Wendell Shuemake.

He is survived by : his daughters, Dottie Shuemake of Seaman and Sara Graham (Joshua) of West Union; his sister Patty Wagers of Fairfield, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Serenity, Charli, Eliana, Willow and Dean.
