He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Kitchen (Cook) of West Union, Ohio; his daughter Sherry Kitchen of West Union, Ohio; his siblings, Nellie Prible of Manchester, Ohio, Gene Kitchen (Bobbi), Dave Killgillion of Blue Creek, Ohio, Robert Killgillion of Portsmouth, Ohio and Jamie Killgillion of Stout, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Melgen Delk and Lucifer Nex. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
