She was predeceased by: her parents, John Morton and Daisy Mae Beach (Webster); her husband Kenneth Ray Collins; and her siblings, Linda Shephard, Norma Rayborn, John "Buck" Beach, Marvin Beach, Milford Beach, Alan Beach and Raymond Beach.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Randall Collins (Connie) of Manchester, Timothy Ray Collins of Manchester, Janeile Elaine Bowling (Ronnie) of Peebles, Barbara June Spicer (Charles) of Manchester, Peggy Marie Mineer of Flemingsburg, A. J. Collins of Cincinnati and Tina Muriel Lansing of Piketon; and her siblings, Virginia Lou Jones (Ted) of Somerset, Kathy Bailey (Randy) of Burlington, Shirley Devers (John T.) of Stamping Ground, Kentucky, Melvin Beach of Georgetown and Albert Beach (Carol) of Corinth, Kentucky. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
