He is survived by : his wife Melissa Adams (Kunkel); his children, Chris Adams (Rebekah) of North Carolina, Jon Elkins (Candice) of Hillsboro, Nathan Elkins (Melissa), Dave Adams (Rachel) of Hamilton, Ohio and Cassandra Rose (Dylan) of Colerain Township; and his siblings, Wayne Adams (Kelly) of Loveland, Jesse Adams (Kim) of Mt. Orab, Tommy Adams (Brandi) of Wilmington and Kim O'Bryant of Sardinia. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren.
