It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Mullins Conley of West Union, Ohio, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Mort Mullins and Beulah Nickel Mullins; her husband Oral Douglas Conley; and her siblings, Bill Mullins, Virginia Barrett and Eva Boggs.

She is survived by : her sister Dodie Dorton of West Union. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
