He is survived by: his mother Deborah Bowens (LeForge) of West Union; his son Samuel McCarty of Dayton; his girlfriend Jodi Rothwell of West Union; and his siblings, Ellen McCarty of Middletown, Kimberly Crum of West Union and Chris McCarty of West Union. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
