She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Henry Osman and Marjorie Maxine Thatcher; her husband Marion Fetters; her son Randy Fetters; and her brother Robert Henry Osman III.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Young (Don) of West Union and Linda Young of West Union; her grandchildren, Michelle Rigdon, Leslie Koehler (Garett), Lindsey Richardson (Sean) and Emily Young; her great grandchildren, Cody, Cory Rigdon, Eli Jones, Abrah Nicholson, Aralyn Koehler and Thaddeus Koehler; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Bethany Baker and Ethan Cobb; Krissy Woolums Cobb (David). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lafferty Funeral Home (205 S Cherry St, West Union, OH 45693). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
