He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Cummings and Dorothy Cummings (Grooms); his former life partner Esther Cummings; his sister Maryann Brown; and his son James Edward "Jim" Cummings (Virginia Cummings).
He is survived by : his sisters, Freda Frowine (Jim), Judy Browning (Ron) and Sharon Elthing.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley.
