The memory of Janice Bayless of West Union, Ohio, who passed away on May 20, 2024 at the age of 69, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil Whittington and Roma Whittington (Teague). She is survived by : her children, Eric Dyer of Lynx, Kristina Grooms of Peebles and Kelly Kimmerly (Ralph Franklin); her adoptive daughter Amanda Lewis of Blue Creek; and her sisters, Jane, Marilyn, Sheryl, Joan and Marcia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home (216 W Mulberry St, West Union, OH 45693). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at the Moores Chapel Cemetery.
