He is survived by: his mother Laura Ruggles (Thomas); his daughter Tasha Renee Smith (Curtis) of Boonville; his brother Rickey Joe Ruggles of Unity; his grandson Jacob Tyler Smith; and his grandparents, John and Carlean Ruggles. He is also survived by his family and countless friends.
