She was predeceased by: her grandmother Ardonna Burkhardt. She is survived by: her parents, Tien Hawkins and Jason Burkhardt; her siblings, Aurora Sage Burkhardt, Isabel Faye Burkhardt and Damien Burkhardt; and her grandparents, Karen, Scott Hawkins and Chuck Burkhardt.
