He is survived by: his mother Linda Kimmerly Jr. (Sam); his brothers, Joseph Kimmerly of West Union, OH and Samuel Michael Kimmerly (Abby Politt) of Winchester Ohio; his aunts and uncles, William Tammy Chapman (Bill) of West Union, OH, Duane Yates of Winchester, OH, Donald Yates (Barb) of West Union, OH., Gail Wescott of West Union, OH, Lisa Ann Yates and Loretta Robinson of Lexington, KY; his siblings' children, Joanna Kimmerly, Akia Kimmerly, Zander Gorman Kimmerly, Emmett Kimmerly, Jason Kimmerly and Samuel Wayne Kimmerly; his godfather Tim Sheeley; and his close friends, Ashley Davenport (Giggles) and Derron Lee Ross.
