He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johnson and Minnie Mae Miller Johnson; and his brothers, Jimmy, Corky and Phillip.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Hanson; his son Billy Johnson; his stepchildren, Shannon Dethlefs, Kevin, Julie and Mark Weber; and his sisters, Terry Ishmael (Bill), Rhoda Gallagher (Jim) and Sandy. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
