She was predeceased by: her mother Lois Ann Holsinger; her husband Manford "Buck" Hayslip; her sister Angela Holsinger; and her grandparents, Luther, Audrey Sheppard, Cecil and Clara Tomlin.
She is survived by: her father Larry Ray Tomlin (Hazel) of West Union; her children, David Justin Howell (Patty) of Garrison and Keri Lee Butler (Kenneth) of Peebles; her stepchildren, Pamela Barret (Earlon), Tony Hayslip (LaDonna) of West Union and Mark Hayslip of West Union; her sisters, Misty Newbauer (Matt) of West Union, Angela Tomlin of West Union and Sonya Arden (Kevin) of Lynx; and her grandchildren, Justin James Howell, Jerrica Jean Howell, LeOnna Deanne Howell, Hayven Lee Howell, Kloey Jean Butler and Kaylena Ann Butler. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
