He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Arthur Rutherford and Lillian Rutherford (Moman); and his grandmother Helen Moman. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Rutherford, Josh Rutherford (Marie), Felicia Fish (Michael) and Cody Rutherford (Beth); his grandchildren, Minnie Boldman (Jayson), Tyson Rutherford, Tamela Roberts (Brandon), Abel Rutherford, Grayson, Leland and Kolter Boldman; and his close friend Rita Volk.
