He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Dorothy Smith (Pitzer). He is survived by: his wife Jana Smith of West Union; his children, Jessica Magoteaux of Milford, Dustin Smith of Covington, KY and Greg Hart of Louisville, KY; and his sisters, Marie Elayne Ankrom, Yvonne Wakefield, Sandra Dryer and Sharon Smith. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home (216 W Mulberry St, West Union, OH 45693).
