She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Baker and Ola Baker (Sherman); her husband Maurice C. Borton; and her brothers, Virgil Baker and Ivan Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Borton (Linda) of Omaha, Jeff Borton of West Unity, Jim Borton (Wendy) of West Unity, John Borton (Susie) of West Unity and Amy Short (Mike) of West Unity, Ohio. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home (202 N Liberty St, West Unity, OH 43570). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to the West Unity Senior Center.
