He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Wyse of West Unity, Ohio; his daughters, Kelly Routhier (Mike) of West Unity, Monica Smith (Ray) of West Unity and Cher Appleby (Scott) of Tucson; and his grandchildren, Amelia Lizarraga of Eloy, Arizona, Madeleine Van Dyke (Zack), Benjamin Routhier, Justin Smith, Jacque Smith (Amanda), Zachary Smith, Katelynn Smith, Ashleigh Appleby and Makenzee Appleby.
