He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Frazer and Cara L. Frazer (Stamm). He is survived by: his daughter Chelsea Doyal (Martin) of Jones Creek, Texas; his grandson Finnegan Doyal; and his siblings, Quentin Frazer (Wanda), Beth Lehmann (Robert), Dennis Frazer (Trinnie), Edwin Frazer (Joann), Kim Esterline (Steve) and Eric Frazer (Marj).

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Unity United Methodist Church (311 N Liberty St, West Unity, OH 43570). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
