Jermeay (Roy) of West Unity; his daughters, Kayli Shumaker (Wesley) of West Unity, Autumn Ankney (Dillon) of Paulding and Holly Jermeay (Tyler Moll) of Lake Seneca, Ohio; his grandchildren, MaddyLee, MaciLynn, Walker Shumaker, Hayden, Case Ankney and Waylon Moll; and his siblings, Mark Jermeay (Barb) of Ney, Dawn Jones (Keith) of West Unity, Crystal Hamp of West Unity, Hank Jermeay of West Unity, Lisa Woodring of West Unity and Jackie Jermeay of West Unity.
