Lowell R. Bavin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lowell R. Bavin of West Unity, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 6, 2026 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lowell R. Bavin to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Francis and Blanche Marie Bavin (Moore); and his siblings, Ann Bavin and Loren Bavin. He is survived by: his wife Tina K. Rhoades; his sons, Craig Bavin of West Unity and Christopher Bavin (Mac) of West Unity; and his grandchildren, Stephan Cohn, Andrea Cohn, Kaitlynn DeWulf and Garrett DeWulf. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the West Unity Presbyterian Church (201 E North St, West Unity, OH 43570). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the West Unity Presbyterian Church or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research.
