She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Adrian, Dorothy Vollmer (Manon), Russell and Kathryn Heisler (Lee); and her in-laws, Duane and Linda Sumner (Esterline).
She is survived by: her parents, Carl Vollmer and Janet Vollmer (Heisler) of Edgerton; her husband Shane Sumner; her children, Alyssa Smith (TJ) of Hillsdale, Abbey Peters (Matt) of Edon and Casey Massie (Nathan) of West Unity; her grandchildren, Kennadi Smith, Brylee Smith, Harrison Smith, Macie Peters, Rilynn Peters, Colby Massie and Noah Evan Massie; her siblings, Clair Vollmer of Edgerton and Laurie Grube (Ryan) of Tipp City, Ohio; and her in-laws, Brenda Sumner of Lusk and Lonnie Sumner (Dawn) of Delta, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
