She was predeceased by: her parents, Ensil Welch and Opal Welch; her son Robert Frum; and her brother Leroy Welch. She is survived by: her daughter Julie Mullen (Jeff); her grandchildren, Taylor Combs, Geoffrey Mullen (Jeuel), Daniel Frum (Jessica) and Jacob Frum; and her brother Ronald Welch. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
