Barbara Sue Neff Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Sue Neff of Westerville, Ohio, who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Kazee and Marguerite Waite (Kazee). She is survived by: her stepfather Raymond Waite; her siblings, Brenda Speakman, Patty Sizelove and Terry Waite; her former husband Richard Neff; her children, Mark Neff (Kris) and Debi Risinger (Brian); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Abigail Risinger and Mitchell Neff; and her sisters, Vickie Sims (Jerry) and Lisa Rancour (Larry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
