She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Williams and Martha Williams (Ramey); her husband Charles H. Steel Sr.; and her grandchildren, Lisa Huntzinger and Casey Drake.
She is survived by: her children, Charles H. Steel, Jr. (Joyce), Joann Kerwood (John) and Donnie Ray Steel; and her grandchildren, Sandy Huntzinger, Nick Huntzinger and Jason Steel. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
